Wow, I am SO jealous. Are the tanks custom? If your back room is going to be a nice living space, you could just center your decor and have it viewable from both sides.

i got this tank as a standard size 100 gallon from great lakes aquariums. the back room is like 6 by 10 small and only for our tanks maintenance and water softner. any ideas for a backround?

WOW!!!!!!! just pull the chair in front of it some pocorn and enjoy the show once you put the fish in. have you considered a do it yourself rock background it would look great (if you keep africans) there's also a way for make it look like wood if you decide to go for s americans. either way best of luks with the proyect:-)

I'd be great if you could do a 3-d background, but I've had trouble finding places in the states that sell them premade. Mostly just instructions on how to make them. I did find this place which I think has a shop(s) in the states: http://www.aquarium-background.com/

why use a background ? design tanks so that they can be seen from both sides
