Hi bip 4u, the tank is a 125 litre or 30 gal. only a small one but its all i had room for ( for now! )
the wood is bogwood.

I really like how you have this set up. One of my tanks is a 30 gal, too. That is just one piece of wood, right? I like all the curves in it.

The wood is just one piece yes, its actually concaved on the other side, and not like a round log. the synodontis loves it on there, i think he spends most of his day upside down on it.

Did you find that piece or buy it? I bet he likes it, nice dark place to hide. Also, what is the plant coming down the right side of the tank?

I bought it from maidenhead aquatics who i use all the time. think it was about £8.00. the plant is a fake one and i think it said jungle plant or something on the packaging. it is stuck on the side with a small sucker. wasnt too sure about putting it in but most of the fish hang out there or at least head there when been chased!!!

That's what I thought the plant was. I believe they are usually used for reptiles. But they look great in an aquarium.
