im movin the guys to a 75 from my 55,and i have used gravel in my 55 but i am putting aragonite in my new 75 because it is more natural for the fish.it also looks alot better i think.but the problem i am having is the the stuff is not cleaning out of the milky stuff thats clouding the water.does it ever completely clean out or will it do that forever? its been 2 days now.and im filtering the heck out of it!!!!!!!

Congrats on the upgrade. It will eventually clear up for you.

Hi Justin,

I'm using the same stuff in my tank right now...and just like you I dont think I rinsed it well enough either....I got the vast majority of the sand particles out...but its still a little cloudy. Unfortunately for me though, the fish had to go back in the tank...so they're a little bit itchy, but its getting better with each water change :)

I'd keep stirring it up, draining it out and filling it again until you get it out...its a bit labor intensive...but it really does look SO much better than gravel when its all settled :)

Good luck!

It'd be cool to add one of Jesus walking ON the water.
