Thank you again :) I am headed for the store in an hour to get the wood...

The sand is construction sand that I got for half a dollar (US). Do you think I should do away with the plant or can that remain?

Ram...you could leave the plants but they wont survive long...when the trimac will start to move things around you`ll see what i mean ...but he definately needs more darks spots to feel secure

Thank you for the pointer...

Yep... I've seen his tendency to move plants around.. thats why I just left one, so he has something to play with.. The wood has not reached the store yet... Container stuck in the harbour still.. I am planning to get a resin tree root instead and cover 3 sides with wallpaper...

nice tank.. but that is a really small filter you have in there.. trimacs can get huge.. and filteration becomes key.. instead of the plants you can add more hiding spaces. that wud work well for your trimac.

Thank you... I have a bigger filter running, which is behind the plant on the left hand side (over 600 lph)... I left a dark spot for my plec.. I am going to take the plant off the middle and place a driftwood there.. my order hasn't arrived yet and want something to keep him stress free....

Depending on what kind of sand you get, be sure to wash it really well bef
