nice setup. im looking for some advice, my water is always mildly cloudy, nothin too bad, but its an eye sore, iv got quite a bit of slate, could that be the problem. i also heard that when you do water changes you arent supposed to go into the sand/gravel, could this be my prob? any input is appreciated

Kay bee, would you post a shot of your tanks for us?
Kay Bee19 » posted 2008/10/13 - 12:56
hi Karrie! I'll try posting some tank photo's later this evening, I can't take decent flashless tank pics during the day (due to external indirect light from outside adversely affecting the shots), my camera distorts how they come out, but my aquascaping is nowhere as nice as Bryon G's.

Thanks All =] !!! Bob if you have sand in your tank and when you do a water change you kinda mess with it, that could be why your water is slightly cloudy...in other words your tank could be gettin cloudy from the sand gettin stired up
