i got the piece on the right and the long piece above the piece my frontosa is under at a big creek by my house, i fished it out with a big long handled net and brought it home, then i soaked it for 2 days in a huge rubbermaid tub, with jungle anti parisite and antifungal meds mixed with hot water, and then powerwashed them for a good 4 hours, and soaked them agian in anti fungal and antiparisite meds mixed in hot water, to ensure that any and all bacteria were killed off.
and then i put them in the tank.

well, i just put on the new blue background with the 2x 36" t5 twim bulb lights, and WOW what a difference!
i will be using standard flourescents on my 20g longs and my stretch hex. just too much electricity, plus algae is growing rampant.
i am going to get another plant like the one on the left for the right side of the tank and once thats done, will post a new pic over this one:)
