8 Gallon Nano Tank

- Tank size: 16x11x12 inches = 9 gallons
- Tank size: 40x27x30 cm = 34 liters
THis will be my new nano set-up seeing the 2.5 gallon I had had a spider crack throughout the bottom pane of glass. It was this tank for $6.35 or a 2.5 gallon for $10. Planning on completely planting it to make it look like a grassland with some "trees" in the background. No background will be used to allow light from the sun into the tank and help feed the plants.
Future Inhabitants:
3x nerite snails
4x Crystal Red Shrimp
4x Crystal Black Shrimp
4x Dario Dario (hopefully 2m/2f)
or
4x Elassoma Okeefenokee
Decoration
- Gravel: Topsoil with turface mix (1 to 1 mix) topped with black sand
- Plants: Crypt. spirallis

- Light-Duration: 14-16 hours a day
