would like to know more how you constructed the background, what paints you used to tint the "rock",is it safe for fish and how long did you cure the tank for before you stocked it with fish.?
Bronislav Varil » posted 2008/01/27 - 10:29
My background is make from my friend. He used: Color brown to concrete, sand and epoxy 1200.After it give over get dry 7 days. After background wash in vinegar and hot water.
This backgroun to fish is very always-safe equipmen.
After 30 days I put fish to tank.
I´m sorry,my english language is very wrong.

Bronislav, Great looking tank. I love the background--great touch. The concrete acid doesn’t harm the fish?
