LOL, nope got a good catch of walley, pike and perch last weekend though... 7 of us all with limits, callander bay, south shore. no lfs here is just a little small place, but with a very knowledgeable owner, its the "old canadian tire" building. gonna get a better pic now that they're out of the bag and in the tank.

Yeah what do you have a population of like 800 there right? Yeah the thing we miss the most is the fishing. We had an ice hut we kept out on Wanapatae, my husband was a kick butt icefisherman. I could get the occasional Ling, that was about it.!

acctualy, sturgeon is 5600, and west nipissing (sturgeon, cache bay, verner, field, st charles, joco point) is 13,000. still small, but just the way I like it, I walk out my back yard with my 12 gauge to go hunting.

haha yeah we use to get the odd black bear and once an abandoned baby moose in the back yard. We had 30 acres in Val Caron. Property backed up to snowmobile trails.....awesome

nice area! :) my real fishing hole is a secret little lake north of chapleau where we catch a wally a minute, no joking!! we go there may and sept long weekends, 7 hour drive from my house.
