i feed new life spectrum cichlid formula as a staple, i also feed fuhitian freeze dried bloodworms, fuhitian freeze dried shrimp, fuhitian freeze dried tubifix worms, hbh super soft krill pellets, hbh super soft spirulina pellets, ocean nutrition cichlid omni formula, ocean nutrition brine shrimp flakes, and spirulina flakes.

=o got to get me a job at LFS here good god u got all the foods i can find at all of my 3 LFS lol only thing i ccan't get is the Spectrum formula.
