Stringy white feces is indicative of bloat. It can spread very quickly through your tank. Ease up on the feedings for the next couple of weeks, do a good water change, and treat with metronidizole (flagyl) and if you have access to Sera products try Bakto-pur direct in tablet form, it will turn your tank yellow but it works! one tab/ eight gallons is the right dosage.(remove any carbon from your filter systems first) I have lost whole colonies of tropheus to this disease before.
