He is in a 28gal with 2 ebjd 1 jd 1 jewel a bushy nose pleco 2 otos and the last surviving cherry barb from cycling the tank.

How big are they all? Sounds like a lot for a 28gal.

Bip- the largest is the male EBJD he is a bit over 4". the sunfish is almost 4" the other 2 JDs and the Jewel are just over 3". A 28gal is big enough for them now. When all the JDs get over 6" it will be too small.
