i have two of them and they are pretty peaceful

My GT wasn't very agressive to start with either. I named him Wimpy, recently though he has become very protective of his tank. He now charges anyone near the tank and bites if you put your hand in the tank. They are a great fish , one of my favs,.

Thanks all....he was a gift for me ! I'm happy to have him even though I'm into african not south american but now I have to so I am making the arrangements for both types in three tanks and still gotts get another tank
