looks like a female at 5-6"....

i'm still think it's a male. when it gets pissed off, or is in an aggro state, he kinda lets it hang out. if you know what i mean. like i said before, he had his dorsal nipped not too long ago. it's been getting longer and more pointed by the day.

i wish he would stay still long enough for me to get a pic without the flash. he has alot more blue and the red looks alot darker then this pic shows.

hey JW how big will these guys get. Got one a week ago. He or she does not like the flash.

most of my fish hate it as well. they get to be at least 10 in. they have been know to get well over that though. it's really hard to give a definitive answer seeing how it's a hybrid.

can get up to 14-15 inches, and males and females are aggressive, mine also had alot of bright red and beautiful colors, but i believe mine was female
