That's not a johanni, it's a maingano.

question james can you look back in my pics of what i ordered as johanniis ,cause i'm thinking i got maingano's instead

Yeah Brian those are johannis. Female maingano's are the same color as the males. (not quite as bright though)

its a melanochromis elastodema not a maingano

the electric blue has more solid stated barring, the elastodema is also called the interuptus, interupted lines and markings.
