What do you feed your tank? I ask because frontosa's and tropheus have near opposite dietary requirements (though something like New Life Spectrum would be ideal for both).

I do feed the tank with spectrum food. Almost all my tanks have it and sometimes I feed them bloodworms and brine shrip but not not all the time. Also flake food is another one I do as well!
