I love this fish. Chuck, are they hard to find? I don't think I have seen them around here, would have one if I did... What is the common name? Is that a convict behind?

C&J..T-bar cichlid, same genus(archocentrus) as convict( yes, behind) not very common, at least around here, that a full grown male, about 5 inches
