How big is he? Are you sure pure litho? With all that blue, would think his blaze would be more prominent. His belly seems very rounded for a litho too. Maybe a dif type of otopharynx? Whatever the case he is really pretty. Great pic, too.

this was a couple months back now he is totally blue with his yellow blaze appearing all the way down to his lips.
