After researching some - I would say I agree with Vince --Aequidens dorsiger
-Laetacara dorsiger --- in my opinion definately not a Vieja (redhead)

Definately not an aequidens dorsiger either, the body isn't oval enough, its an apisto species, probally mcmasteri or viejita
