its a female aulonocara u can see the color and the end of the fin is round and look at the head its different than the male the male looks more handsome and female looks something just different, and female aulonocara sometime change their colors to blue as same of the male but if your observance on them you can tell the difference, i'll post mine iff i had a change and good quality of camera, hope i help you guys a bit...
The reason I said its a male, and looks to be a Nyassae is relatively simple, The blue in the face, yellow look to the body, speckled tail, the females in this species are almost black (ask lee and meagan howe to verify this), but this 100% male. SOME female Aulnocara can have a light blue speckle to the face, but no body colors, rounded fins, but the Nyassae female is almost black. If you notice the rear of the dorsal, you have common male egg spots, and you can also see the Nyassae flametail trait as well. The body appears to have a yellow color to it (right or wrong?) which may be due to the lighting, but for sex, male, not a female.
