does anyone who own zebra convicts know how long it takes fry to hatch ( sorry a stupid question, i know , but im new to this )

usually 3-5 days after mama lays the eggs and they get fertilized, then they become wigglers with yolk sacks..parents may move them to different location, then approx. 3-7 more days, you'll see them being ushered around tank by parents.

I have never seen an albino con before. Pretty neat Jamie. Do they have the red eyes?

no red eyes as of now like most albino's...not sure if they ever will, but was told convict carry the albino gene and you may get a few out each batch. Parents were both regular looking convicts...

after reading up some more, they are actually referred to as pink convicts...sorry all-still learning!

It isn't albino unless it has pink eyes , if it is white tint it is called a leucistic form & if it has a gold tint it is called a xanthic form. Both of these forms have dark eyes & come from regular stock.

thanks all...all of mine have white tint as of now. Think I may keep them for awhile.
