Yep there are nice. i got a female ready to spit the fry anytime now. first batch only had them 4 weeks and they where straight at it. Unfortunately i'm in the UK.

Not sure about birmingham ian. you could try practicalfishkeeping site search the shops section. and have a ring around. otherwise oasis in manchester is where i got my afras they are a very good shop and clean. common it's only an hour away by car. are you could search around see if you can find your local cichlid association.
