Very Weird. It looks like a hybrid. Either Red Top Cobalt(coloring), or Petrotilapis sp. "Small Blue". I think a color variant (or water conditions) of a Small Blue. Thank You

Maybe it is an aurora but I purchased a simular fish from a LFS and it was a Pseudotropheous Lombardi, check it out, I could be wrong.

Im pretty sure its a powdered blue mbuna african cichlid. I cant think of the scientific name off the top of my head
It is a Red top zebra that is not showing color because he is ot the dominant male in the tank. Yes adam i know it is not Pseudotropheous Lombardi, lol ..Jimmy if it was labidchromis hongi it would be showing yellow around its mouth..
I have a pseudo. lombardoi (kenyi) and I don't think that is one. See my pics. I have a big Fish Atlas at home and I'll see if I can look into it for ya. good luck.

Its a Pseudotropheus Zebra, Red Top as others have said about. There are many Zebra types very similar however.
