I got a 4" pair for $5.00 off kijiji, web classifieds.. The day before yesterday i got a 9" Borleyi, a 5" msobo male, a 5" pair of venestus, and a 4" male elongatus for $20.00 for all.

wow! that's pretty good! i wish i would come across deals like that! the one's i am looking at are 7 bucks for a inch to a inch and a half.

still not bad I payed 20 or 30 $ for mine at about 4.

Go on kijiji.com, under pets, in your city...There are people selling fish...tanks ...supplies all the time for dirt cheap!!

that seems about the norm, they want 25 for 3 and a half to 4 inchers, and i am going to go check out that site Wes. it's hard to find stuff here in New Mexico!

oh, and one more question, how do you think these and acei's would do with fronts?? i know they are from different lakes.

I keep fish from different lakes together successfully. I just posted a pic of the female for you!!

WEs where can I find that Chemipure stuff you use. I want to try it, but I'm having trouble finding it.

i was going to move my 3 fronts, but i think i am going to keep them all together too. if it becomes a problem i can move them around.

Jeremy ..I get mine at Big Als, here in Calgary.. We had a big als in windsor so i'm sure you can find one in T O.. Try a store that sells marine stuff cause thats originally developed for!!

Tried Big Als didn't see any. Maybe I overlooked it. I'll ask next time. lol

He may look smaller in comparison now, but he is still big on color!
