The sand in the tank looks really good, I always wanted to use sand but I heard it's hard with the filters and not the greatest with cichlids because they move their substrate around using their mouth. I'm also seeing alot of established tanks on this site with sand and their cichlids look great. Let me know if you've had any problems.
