Still not 100% if this is a blue eyed or jade eyed Cichlid

Still keen to know for sure what she is, and what is best to keep with her, and what size will she grow to about 4" now.

as i said, its a male archo. spirulus aka blue eyed convict..max size around 5 in...just like other archocentrus species, keep them with same sized/temperament cichlids like black convicts,salvinis, firemouth even bigger species can go
