Bryan where did you get it from? Jeff Rapps?. he will probably have more in about 3 months????? Sorry dude

no I didn't get it from Rapps, I got it from a guy in Northern Cali, basically there was something in my tank a virus or some kind of bacteria that had been killing any fish I put in it, the list includes:
3 moray eels, 1 11 inch Buttikoferi, 25 Jack Dempseys (including a breeding pair), 1 high fin leopard plecostamus, 1 tin foil barb, 1 gold gourami, and my precious Umbee. In between every time something had died I had changed the water and I even cleaned out the filters just in case there was something in them that was causing the problems, I tested my water the night before the umbee died everything was perfect but he was acting strange so I tossed it in another tank hoping he could be saved but something had already gotten to it and I found it dead the next morning. I even took a sample of my water in to my lfs and the owner (of whom I'm good friends with) said my water was perfect, and that there must be a virus or some kind of bacteria killing everything. So I emptied out the tank and I'm leaving it empty for about a week before filling it up again and going to start over... :( phew that was a lot

so if anyone has any suggestions or input on what I should do or what they think happened I'd appreciate it greatly...

Sorry to hear you lost all those fish! I know this is a late post but go buy a bottle of Isopropol alcohol from the drug store and wipe everything down with it. It is a great disinfectant and completely evaporates leaving NO residue; better then bleach solution! Hope this helps!

thanks Cindy, I was told to use Hydrogen Peroxide but I guess either would work...
