Nimbochromis venustus
I think this guy was beaten by my large male Fronty, then to add insult to injury the smaller Venustus I have that I thought was female developed a load of colour and finished him off.

He received a couple of injuries and you know how unforgiving fish are. The sub dominant male (that I thought was female) layed the slippers in.

SORRY David, to nice to lose like that.:( I am finally getting mine divided right I think. Ice Blue Zebra and male kenyi go at it pretty good sometimes.

Hi Kay Bee. The male Frontie is about 9 inch but is quite territorial and will lay chase to any of the larger fish in the tank.
