THIS IS MY LONE RED-TAIL SHARK. HE IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE AGGRESSIVE. SOMETIMES HE LIKES TO HANG OUT AND COURT THE TWO BOTIAS. HE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES IN THE WHOLE TANK. ANYONE KNOW HOW BIG THESE GUYS GET IN THE WILD?

Dont have any idea how big they get, I had one, he was no match for the Cichlids so before they killed him we were forced to get rid of him...

They do alright with American Cichlids medium sized ones anyway but Africans even quicker than the sharks

5" and he is not match for botia's or larger cichlid (botia species have large spikes, behind their gills, and would strike, when in danger). Red tail do fight allot among themselves, so better keep them solo, or have them in numbers to spray the aggression.
I have a fullygrown Red Tail as well Rainbow sharks, check my pictures if you like.
