Here's my male M.greshakei, Dan. Yours looks similar, but there are some discrepencies. Yours has a lot of red in its anal fin and seems very dark for a male. The tail of the greshakei has red at the top, but that red fades towards the bottom. Yours is very bright red all the way through.
