my local petsmart sells Polypterus senegalus, which is a closely related species that looks very similar and reaches the same size. P. ornatipinnis can be found usually online or at a really good lfs.

MY MOM: not from asia...from africa like all polypterus species(congo, zaire)these are predator fish( i use to feed mines with feeder fish, beef heart, bloodworms and sinking pellets for catfish)the most common one on the market is called ,here, palma polyp.

Get used to that Your Mom. You being wrong that is. And I am not getting tough either. I already am big guy. Chuck put you in your place, which was long over due. Lake Tanganyika? Nope, try again. How about Lake Victoria and the surrounding rivers, creeks and river basins. You do know what a river basin is, right? So that's twice now that you were wrong. You should just leave this site entirely and do the rest of us a BIG favor by doing so...

Amen to that one! He's a royal a$$hole! He's probably just a punk kid who has no life or friends. Or he is 5' something tall and suffers from short-man's disease. Either way, he definitely kisses himself in the mirror every morning. Just leave, for good...

tonya norman » posted 2006/05/20 03:51 am

tonya norman » posted 2006/05/20 03:53 am
