i use.. four things.. frozen brine/mytsis shrimp,sera granugreen, sera flora flake, and hikari cichlid excel.. a mix and alterante of the above... i think food is quite cheap over there .. the granugreen cost $18.50 flora $18.60 i am sure it would be 1/3 of the price over there.. australia dear fish dear food, well in the country anyway heheheh
