Adios!! Streak
Aequidens rivulatus
This is the last photograph of streak that I got and the last I can. He died last saturday. It was ALL my fault, that I moved the blood parrot to another less crowded (one White GT only) tank to give this guy more space about a week back.
And that disturbed the balance. The three Jewels never let streak eat, which slipped my notice, since he usually does not eat when I am around. He got weaker, and may also have been stressed out by the ever active jewels.
He recovered well in a quarantine and was mustering himself to swim and eat, but in a sudden burst of speed, like a torpedo, he surged ahead, twisted to a bottom up position and breathed his last. I will never forget him, nor will I forgive myself ever for what I did to my favourite fish. All this, while I was getting ready to get him a 45 gallon tank all for himself. :(
Same afternoon, I found a sick and injured Trimac (which I feel is a low-grad FH and not a true Trimac) in a LFS and brought him home. He is now showing the jewels who the real boss is.
forgive me guys..

I caught Streak with this "Get off!!" expression and wanted to
share the moment with all...
