i plan on doing my first African tank in this tank after 3 years of S.A. Is it 2 cluttered?

I don't think it's cluttered. The stump you have as the centerpiece, be careful with africans. They can swim inside the opening and get stuck in there. Maybe fill it with sand or gravel to deter them.
