I agree. Its a male Taiwan reef. The colors indicate a male. The classic "double H" banding on its body tell me its a Taiwan reef. Nice that you have a male and female pair. Who knows, maybe they will breed!

Maybe, from what I hear they are pretty easy to breed. They are maternal mouthbrooders so the fry will have a better chance of surviving. But once she lets go they will probably get eaten by cohabitants.
