Kylie i figured it was an african the person i bought this tank from someone who has had him and the JD together for about a year and a half. seems to be very good friends always swimming together should i seperate and put him in with my africans or keep as is?
Well, I don't know the first thing about cichlids but if he has a buddy with the JD and they're always together why can't you leave them together? Why break up a good thing!
depends on the person.. some say dont keep africans and americians together different needs diet wise others do and have no problems.. these guys are obviously use to each other..up to you keep a close on them if you keep them together and be careful with the protien needed for the jd malawi bloat if the ob gets to much .. up to you my friend..
I have no clue wat to do Kylie. thank you any body got ideaS? and Cindy thnks i kind of agree with that but i dont know if putting more americans in there will affect the african
if your adding more americians i wouldnt keep him in there.you will want to feed them a great diet to grow beautifully ... maybe trade him at your lfs.. the new comers might get a bit cranky at him..
sorry michael bad typing i meant to put commar after jd then type malawi bloat if the ob gets to much ... was eating and typing hehehhe.. no americians dont get bloat ..hehehhe
haha gotta love the prngles Yea Roger i didnt wanna mix but i didnt wanna break up a crew so i am really confused cuz he is bigger than all the africans i have
Yea christian that stinks haha but you gotta make money to feed them fish! haha its sad now when i get my money i just think of how many fish it buys haha

cut old silicon out, clean well with windex or something to get oils and finger prints off, let dry for 3 days and reseal, let dry 48 hrs, cut excess overlay reseal again, let set for week PRESTO 110 idid 2 years ago and the 90 2 months and no leaks yet, hopefully no time soon
