My juvie, can you tell at this age if regular or super?

This is a month old and he's now got a blue face. I'll take pics tomorrow.

unfortunately you won't be able to tell if it is until he is fully colored and able to spawn, but there is a chance this may not be an empress at all, it could be any one of the 13 species of taenilotus species, time will tell, unless you had seen the breeders of them

No I bought at LFS. Like I said Christmas. I'll take a better pic tomorrow and you'll see how he's coloring up.
