I got a pair of "ink fin" calvus. They are gorgeous!! What should I be feeding them?

Quite honestly I think it is better to do research about fish before purchasing, if you don't know what their diet is, then why purchase. But seeing they are one of my favorite fish, they are a carnivore, they like brineshrimp, mysis shrimp, bloodworms, basically any type of protein. My bigger ones eat freeze dried plankton mysis and krill.

I did do alot of research on my calvus before I got a pair. I was asking because currently they are eating high quality cichlid flakes, nini cichlid pellets, brine shrimp, and blood worms. And I wanted to know what else they would like to eat.

well then you should have refined the question a little bit. Watch out if you have any other breeding pairs in the tank (of any species) cause they are oportunistic preditors
