Way better. Now cut that light way back and make sure your water quality gets stable. Also FYI your algae outbreak is because your tank is in front of that window! That is why it keeps coming back.

Much better than before. What all did you wind up doing? I would have to agree that the window had something to do with the outbreak. Would you consider putting a background on that side of the tank?
