Males will have a more defined pattern and thicker gold/white bands on the finnage. As well as the irredesent blue/green edging to the scales is more vibrant and the blue green strips/worms on the gill plate will be less dense (more spread out.) on that of a male.

Thank You.I was hoping that it was. I picked up a pair the other looks like male. Its fins are longer and more pointed.Although colors very close. Pattern is diffrent. So far they get along. He does chase her a little.
