This is my guy at 5". I was wondering if he's growing right. i have seen smaller and skinnier males that are showing more definate signs of maturing. Cause he's pretty thick for 5" so i was just curious.

From what I can tell from the pic He looks ok.Maybe a little overfed.How old is He?

I bought the Rt's in the middle of april and they were @ 1.25-1.5" They definately have lil bellies. i feed them twice a day. I have 4 rt, 3 gt,1 texas in 180 growing out for now. the rt's are the biggest in the tank then gts. all from 2.5"-5"

Definately over fed, that'd be why he looks a lil strange.

jason, its a vieja argentea. comon name white cichlid. they get around 13".
