Well Kylie it looks like a Tropheops species, there are many that have yelow juvies and females. The most commonly available is Tropheops "Chilumba" The males will turn a nice blue color, but beware they are a one of the most aggressive cichlids in the hobby (worse than auratus or demasoni) when the males mature (personal exp.)

NICE FISH VV NEW AT THIS BUT I HAVE SOME YELLOW LAB'S LOOK A LITTLE LIKE HIM SOME HAVE THE BLACK ON THE FINS BUT SOME DONT AS YET AS THEY ARE ONLY BABIES!
