Looking for someone to help me contact Jeff Rapps

I am trying to stay in contact with Jeff Rapps about ordering some fish, but my emails keep getting rejected due to the system errors? Anyone know of an alternative email address that I could contact him with.

BTW this is the school that I am attending. Carroll University ( name just changed from Carroll College.) I thought this picture I took should be on the homepage, but it isn't
