looks the same as my maingano. How can you tell the diff? After thinking I had two male maingano I pulled the king of the tank out today with a mouth full. I guess she was queen of the tank.

it is not a maingano, this is a dominant male Melanochromis Johanni, the maingano has broken lines not bars as shown on this fish.
