hard to say, if this is JD mix or not. When it mixed with Texas, it also has some Texas body shape. This guy have pure JD shape. Only questionable his very small speckling dots on his head and upper body.
But it is possible he is inbreed (close relatives, brother, sisters, etc), or other anomaly's.
none for less nice fish, give him all love..

I miss this all event, I was in Mexico that day, but I did check main event on the web and it was crazy, really fight of the year. I like to see the rest of the bouts for that night.
