It's a Telmatochromis sp. either T. dhonti or T. temporalis

They look pretty much the same at all the locations they are found in Tanganyika. It's quite widespread in the lake. I've kept the dhontis before, they were fairly nasty and held their own in a tank with much larger cichlids (big teeth too)
