Help cichlids lovers!!!!

cant see it in the pic but i needed one so i could bring up this problem with my bumblebee, it almost looks like scraps or something, she has some white spots and is starting to twitch and scrape quite often, but i dont think it is ick, any ideas!

Raise your heat to 86 and add the crap out of some aquarium salt.

It is ick, and Karrie's suggestion should take care of the problem...Dont forget to take the carbon our of the filter...
