Thanks Chuck - I'm almost set with the cutteri setup - what dither fish do you think would work well for the tank? It is a 29gal and will house just the breeding pair and hopefully a small school of dithers. I'd like something native to CA is possible. Any ideas?

frank...a bunch of big swordtails or mollies would be ok(native to CA)i were breeding arc. sajicas in 30 gal and my swords were having a hard time(tank a lil small) matbe you would be better with faster , more robust fish like giant danios or some tetras like red- eyed, buenos aires, colombian ,serpae or even barbs(tiger, ticto, ruby etc)

Wow she has come a long way already. It's pretty cool to look back and see how they used to be. At least you know she is making outstanging progress.

I have Diant Danios in my main tank, but they arent native to the area, and while I'm not going to be snob about my setup being geographically perfect )if that is the right term), I'd like it to be close if possible. How many swordtails/mollies do you think? 4 or 5? or more?

maybe 2 trios (1;2)..but male swords will get their long tail nipped for sure

GM, FYI this fish was one of only 2 to survive the tank disaster that you helped me fix. Thanks again.
