cichlids.com: ????German Red????

????German Red????

need an id on this guy....when i bought him he had a blue face and a red body...he bacame sub dominant in my tank so hasnt colored up...looks male to me but not sure...any ideas??

i wud say anywhere from 25-30 fish....looking to get more tanks to seperate some....
