He is pretty. I was wondering if I could get a paradise gourami in with the angels, neons, future rams and plecos?

Bip, I wouldn't do it as they are territorial and will nip at the angels.

They have been eating them themselves, I actually watched them eat the newly hatched eggs. The other pair is sitting on some eggs now, the gourami won't go anywhere near them. The curviceps are kind of vicious when breeding. I am not too concerned though, I just like watching the breeding behavior more than anything. And they get the eggs further along each attempt.
